Olympics will start on June, am i right? If it is, the sign-ups should be done 2-5 weeks early since we still have to organize the teams. If we start in April 15th, we can have a head start by doing some things(organize, etc..)

Late June, it would make no sense to bring up the BBO start date a whole month earlier. I wouldn't mind 1-2 weeks earlier.
