What need to do right now is to decide an end date for UGBO, and decide the current captains and teams for the participants.

Thinking to far ahead there Von. Sign-ups aren't even close to being finished and honestly, the beginning is the easy part. Wait till registrations are over, decide teams and captains over the course of the following week, give the captains a week to get their teams together, and the UGBO's can start. Of course, that's not to say deciding teams isn't important, we all know how bad choosing an inactive team can be, but there's no need to rush through the process when we don't even know who's going to be participating in the first place.
