I think we should start to choose the captains!

Not just that, we have to figure out teams. what country with what country. I think Australia and Phillipines, India and any other asian country and/or middle east, Turkey by it's own, Spain by it's own, Rest of Europe (britain, france, Portugal), South America, West and East Conference of America.

Don't rush here. There's still a few weeks left in sign-ups, you can decide captains in the week before the actual teams are set in stone.

We can decide as we go, and if we need to, we can change it. Right now it seems Turkey can make its own group, or if needed iraq can join it, and Spain and France can make a team. Basic Groups are already forming.

One problem, BlackMagicNub and Ozze applied and they are ready to be captain for Team USA. So...? Grover still a captain?

I'll list all the Captains tomorrow here in a poll, so that everyone here can understand the current situation. We'll vote it out, elect and get started - we have two weeks before UGBO starts, and I want to make sure we get as much done before then.

Tomorrow I'll see what I can do...and if anyone could get the list up, and running before me then please post it.
